As a science graduate, software developer and manager, Judson has worked in an wide array of technical industries, including aquaculture, logistics, aeronautical engineering, insurance, aviation, spatial mapping, agriculture, mechanical engineering and manufacturing.

Judson supports his children’s sporting endeavours, is a member of various social clubs, and enjoys playing golf when the opportunity arises.

Ian has a background in Information Technology and is highly analytical.

With strong interpersonal skills and a focus on Continual Improvement Ian oversees the day-to-day operations of our Engineering, Support and Manufacturing facility.

Ian has the sense to prioritise family and has recently renovated the family house while building a new one! Ian also supports local professional crayfishers with commercial fishing systems and support.

In his quiet time, John's interests include motorcycles, cars and computers.
